This is the NEW IXIAH Outlaw Skirt and bandeau in ivory.

• This skirt is a new design and features 7 frilled panels instead of 5.
• These frilled panels are different and they foirst two dip in the centre front and back rather than on the sides.
• There are strong angles in this skirt.
• It has 2 additional layers of a custom made fringing that have also been added to the garment.
• This piece is absolutely gorgeous on the body and this soft silky cupro fabric is heavy and drapes beautifully on the body.
• The sheer mesh is different and has a dot effect to it but is a lighter fabric and the dots are not embroidered.
• The lace used is a gorgeous embroidered cotton in a diamond pattern with a tear drop like shape in between.
• It is delicate and graceful.
• This lace has been used for the top layer of the skirt so that it is not quite as sheer.
• Top can be worn 3 ways - strapless, a halter or tied at the front.
