POSITION HAS NOW BEEN FILLED
We are looking for a new customer care manager to manage all incoming customer enquiries.
This is a role that can be worked remotely 3 days a week (in our Ellerslie HQ 1 day a week).
Your primary responsibilities are:
- Managing all incoming customer enquiries and managing these efficiently. We have 100+ orders that go out weekly with a quick turnaround time so you need to be prepared to answer all existing customer queries as well as new customer queries within 1-2 business days from receiving them. It’s an extremely fast paced role so if you like keeping busy this role is definitely for you!
- Liaising with our Logistics Manager regarding the processing and delivery of orders NZ Wide.
- Act as an escalation point for all customer enquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
