Hiring a dress is circular and is dependant on both us as a business and you as a customer, but it's our responsibility to deliver a reliable and great service which is why we have adopted new systems and updated operational procedures to optimise your hiring experience with us! We now have a dedicated Logistics Manager, as well as an NZ Post Account Manager to oversee all of our parcels.We also use automatic text reminders which are sent to our customers to return their dress one day before their return date, and include reminder cards with return information in every parcel. We also use prepaid pre-labelled return bags to facilitate efficient returns of dresses.
Gemma is our new Customer Care go-to girl! With extensive experience in the Customer Service department and a background in fashion, she is your go-to for the majority of email correspondence. She'll be your first point of contact for general email inquiries and can assist you with measurements and sizing queries.
Our Logistics Manager, Ben, will handle all aspects of your parcels and serve as the primary contact with our NZ Post Account Manager. He ensures that parcels stay on course, monitoring them from once they leave our premises all the way to your doorstep! Ben also manages any enquiries regarding exchanges, returns and refunds.
If the dress doesn’t fit or you’re just not happy with it - simply email us and send your dress back within 24 hours of receiving it, and we can arrange an exchange or store credit
Your dress will be shipped on an overnight* courier throughout the week and arrive to you on or prior to your event date
We will cover any minor damage such as stains and/or rips, to a maximum cost of $250 NZD per hired garment

No need to wash your dresses - all drycleaning costs are included in your hire fee and we will take care of the cleaning for you!

Your dress will arrive to your door delicately wrapped in our signature packaging on or prior to your event date. On the day of your event, look stunning in your dress!
Return your dress in the prepaid, pre-filled return slip provided to an NZ Post shop the following business day after your event before 5pm
