Here's a step-by-step guide to Book Your Garment Hire:

Start Date = Your Event Date (or the day prior for daytime events)

1.  Select your event date as your start date.
2.  Got a daytime event?  Select the day prior to the event - this will provide piece of mind and ensure that your outfit arrives in plenty of time to get ready!
3.  We build in buffer windows around bookings to keep things stress-free and     reliable.

Return Date = Next Business Day 

1. Your return date is always the next business/working day after your event (not a Saturday or Sunday). 
2. Do NOT select a Saturday or Sunday as your return date.  Hires that fail to select the return date correctly will not be confirmed.  If the next working day is not able to be selected on the booking calendar, it means that the garment is unavailable as it is already being enjoyed by another customer.
3. Example: Thursday event → Monday return resulting in a 5-day hire; Friday event → Monday return resulting in a 4-day hire; Saturday or Sunday event → Monday return resulting in a 3-day hire.
4. Important: Your return must be scanned at NZ Post by 3pm on the return date > no scan will likely = late return fees.
