ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Quality Control Specialist, you will be the gatekeeper of our designer dress collection. Your keen eye for detail and dedication to quality will ensure that every dress we offer is in it's best possible condition. You will work closely with our Logistics Manager Ben, to inspect, maintain, and manage our inventory of beautiful garments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Dress Inspections - Carefully examine each dress for any signs of wear, damage, or imperfections before and after each hire.
- Quality Assurance - Ensure all dresses are clean, pressed, and free of stains, ensuring they meet our high standards for appearance and condition.
- Repair Coordination - Work with our partners Regal Drycleaning and our outsourced seamstresses to address any necessary repairs or treatments.
- Inventory Management - Keep detailed records of dress conditions, repairs, and maintenance activities and make sure our product listings are always updated with current dress conditions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Attention to Detail - A meticulous eye for detail is essential in spotting even the smallest imperfections.
- Fashion Knowledge - A good understanding of designer dresses, fabrics, and garment care.
- Organizational Skills - Strong ability to manage inventory and keep accurate records.
- Problem-Solving - Ability to identify issues and coordinate effective solutions.
- Communication - Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members, clients, and external service providers.
