Throughout the last 6 years of operating and over 23,000 hire fulfilled, we've adopted new systems and refined operational procedures to optimise your hiring experience with us! We now have a dedicated NZ Post Account Manager to oversee all of our parcels, we implement an automatic safety buffer in our booking system to streamline booking spacing for hires, leverage automatic reminders for returns, and we include reminder cards with return information in every parcel. We also utilise prepaid pre-labelled return bags to facilitate efficient returns of dresses.

Gemma is our new customer care superstar! With extensive experience in the customer service department and a background in fashion, she is your go-to for all email correspondence. She'll be your first point of contact for general email inquiries and can assist you with measurements and sizing queries.
 

A NEW LOGISTICS MANAGER

Our Logistics Manager, Ben, will handle all aspects of your parcels and serve as the primary contact with NZ Post. He ensures that parcels stay on course, monitoring them from once they leave our premises all the way to your doorstep. Ben also manages any inquiries regarding returns and refunds.
