Because we work hard to get orders packed and dispatched in time for NZ Post deadlines, there may be short periods where fulfilment comes first - but we’ll get back to you asap.

Our “office hours” are Monday-Friday 10am-3pm.

Tracking
You’ll receive your NZ Post tracking number as soon as your label is printed. Once it’s on the courier, NZ Post provides all delivery updates.

Returns / Doesn’t Fit
If your hire doesn’t work out, return it in the provided bag within 24 hours for store credit. Make sure NZ Post scans your return when you drop it off.
