- Your return date is always the next business day (not a weekend or public holiday) after your event. As an example, Wednesday Event Date = Thursday Return Date. If your event is Friday, Saturday or Sunday, then the return date is Monday.
- Your return must be scanned at NZ Post by 3pm on the return date > no scan will likely = late return fees
- The booking calendar will not allow a booking to commence to Sunday or Monday – this is to ensure guaranteed delivery. If your event is on a Sunday, simply select Saturday as your event date. If you have an event that is on a Monday – just get in touch and we can sort it for you!

The Melt Panel dress is a 90's inspired statement dress crafted from special liquid-appearing fabric. This dress in Spritz Orange is a true standout - bold, sculptural, and designed to make an entrance. Crafted in a glossy satin‑finish fabric with asymmetric panel detailing, this midi dress catches the light beautifully and creates a fluid, modern silhouette. The square neckline and strapless cut add a clean, contemporary edge, with a matching orange ponte waistband the fitted sheath shape flatters effortlessly.
This colour way was produced in an extremely limited run due to the delicateness of the fabric, making it a rare find and a special addition to our collection. The dress has been priced accordingly to balance the uniqueness/rarity of the garment with consideration for these repairs.
Condition Notes -This garment has undergone professional repairs due to fraying at several join points where the liquid‑look fabric meets structural seams. Mending has been completed at the waistband joins on both the top and skirt, as well as along the neckline where the liquid fabric meets the internal bra. These repairs have resulted in a slightly altered skirt length. The dress remains fully wearable, but customers should be aware of these restored areas before booking.
Fabrics: Dress - 100% liquid appearance polyester. Under garments - 60% cotton, 35% nylon, 5% spandex.

We use NZ Post’s overnight courier service, which aims for next-day delivery.
Saturday delivery is not offered as a standard service due to the unreliability of the service provided. If you choose to place a last minute order requiring Saturday delivery, this is strictly at your own risk and may incur an additional charge - we will be in touch if Saturday delivery is required.
We build in buffer time to ensure garments arrive 1–2 days before your hire start date, depending on availability and courier schedules.
You will receive a tracking link once your parcel is dispatched. NZ Post uses geotagged delivery confirmation – this means you can view your parcel’s progress “live” and can contact NZ Post in case any delivery issue may arise.
Important note for Rural Deliveries:
If you have a rural address, you must correctly provide the full rural address at checkout (a valid NZ Post authenticated address including RDx).
There are additional timings and pricing considerations that are incorporated into a rural delivery order and if information is missing it will cause delays with your shipping as it will need to be rectified prior to your order being shipped.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on garment size and address.
All garments must be lodged at an NZ Post outlet by 3pm on the next business day after your event, with the tracking scan completed. No scan = potential for additional charges.
You must use the prepaid return courier pack or box as provided. If you have misplaced or lost the prepaid courier return pack or box, please contact us immediately (in some cases there are surcharges for misplaced or lost boxes).
Returning a garment via NZ Post Street drop‑boxes are strictly prohibited as they cause tracking delays and may result in late fees or replacement charges.
